DDF acted as local partner of Communication Labs kick-off event in Yerevan
On November 9 and 10, the EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility organized a Communication Labs kick-off event in Yerevan as part of their dedicated capacity-building program for civil society organizations.
The event aimed to help Armenian civil society organizations to work jointly on creating communication campaigns. 12 civil society organizations from Alaverdi, Dilijan, Vanadzor, Chambarak, and Yerevan were selected to participate in the Communication Labs with their campaign ideas.
The Democracy Development Foundation (DDF), which empowers a vibrant community of civil society actors in Armenia and exercises its convening power to cultivate robust alliances, acted as a local partner of Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility in the organization of the CommLabs kick-off event in Yerevan.
During the 2-day event DDF also showcased 7 public campaigns currently active within the Armenian civil society organizations joint communications platform, a project DDF implements with support of Foundation International Communications Hub (CommsHub).
DDF values the cooperation with Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility aimed to the advancement of democracy and strengthening civil society in Armenia.
