Purpose: The program will provide emergency institutional support to the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly – Vanadzor to address financial challenges caused by global factors. Through this support, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly – Vanadzor will be able to retain key staff and resources to sustain vital programs for three months while developing a more sustainable development strategy.
