Grant Amount: 33,150,000 AMD

Purpose: The goal of the project is to ensure rights-based, person-centered, accessible, and non-discriminatory mental health services for women and children, including persons with disabilities, living in the communities of Gyumri, Akhuryan, Ashotsk, and Amasia of Shirak region. The project seeks to create a safe and supportive environment where each beneficiary can receive community-based assistance tailored to their individual needs. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly – Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.
