Purpose: “The main goal of the project is through discussions to identify and map the main issues faced by those displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, and to take steps to address them. The program is implemented within the framework of EU-funded “Human Rights for and with Refugees” action, which is aimed at effective protection of rights of refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh through access to information, services and empowerment. Democracy Development Foundation leads the implementation of the project in cooperation with Estonian Refugee Council, Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women, and Commit Global.
