Grant Amount: 33,150,000 AMD

Purpose: The goal of the project is to provide rights-based, comprehensive, and continuous psychosocial support to vulnerable groups affected by the wars in Artsakh, including displaced families from Artsakh, war participants, and their family members (wives, parents, children) residing in the Lori region, thereby contributing to their reintegration, resilience, and community participation. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly – Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.
