Purpose: The project’s objective is to enhance participation and bolster local self-governance across the communities in Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Tavush, Gegharkunik, and Ararat marzes through educational programs, active civic engagement, and awareness-raising initiatives. The project will offer a comprehensive capacity-building program designed for local youth groups, women, and incumbent/candidate members of local councils and other beneficiaries. It will also facilitate localized discussions and provide support for community-driven advocacy endeavors aimed at concrete problem identification and resolution. To disseminate the achievements and activities of these local groups, informative/educational videos and online publications will be produced.
