Grant Amount: 33,150,000 AMD

Purpose: The goal of the project is to ensure the early identification and resolution of social, psychological and legal needs of persons who have suffered from war or military operations and have acquired injuries, disabilities, health or psychological problems, contributing to the social inclusion of beneficiaries and improving the quality of life. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly – Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.
