“:Boon” Scientifical and Cultural Foundation

Grant Amount: 17,680,000 AMD

Purpose: The main goal of the project is to contribute to the reduction of stigma and discrimination against people with mental health problems in Armenia by raising public awareness and promoting a people-centered, rights-based understanding of mental health. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly – Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.
