Grant Amount: 1,940,800 AMD
Purpose: The goal of the project is to contribute to the elimination of the consequences of recent natural disaster in the settlements of Lori and Tavush regions, to highlight the invisible problems and ensure their wide publicity at the local and national levels through reports. Within the framework of the project, the "Voice of the Citizen" media platform will highlight and present the socio-economic, agricultural, infrastructural, environmental problems caused by the disaster and the gaps in the administrative processes aimed at eliminating these consequences. The project also aims to mobilize the local civil society organizations, the youth, and the farmers to ensure publicity for above-mentioned issues and for advocacy of rights protection.

Purpose: "Resilient Tavush" project aims to increase the level of awareness and resilience of the population of Tavush region, particularly local NGOs, youth organizations and local self-government bodies, in the disaster risk management, especially after the last natural disaster that hit the region. Seminars on disaster risk management will be organized in the 4 enlarged communities of Tavush region: Ijevan, Dilijan, Berd, Noyemberyan, involving representatives of local self-government bodies, local NGOs, and youth centers. The program envisages preparation and distribution of programs based on the seminars on Tavush Media TV, website and social networks.

Purpose: The project aims to support Factor.am media outlet to provide comprehensive analytical and impartial coverage of policy issues and citizens' needs in Armenia. Factor.am will provide space for inclusive and informed debates and carry out its investigative reporting on the current critical issues with a focus on security, institutional reforms and protection of rights and democratic values. Factor will also voice up civil society’s views, giving reliable insight into the matters of good governance, justice, and human rights, thus, contributing to having a more informed public and securing the integrity of democratic reforms.
Grant Amount: 4,261,180 AMD
Purpose: The project is aimed at enhancing media literacy and resilience against disinformation within the communities of Armenia. The initiative will establish a dedicated Media and Information Literacy (MIL) learning hub in a selected community school in the Ararat region. This hub will serve as a center for training and education, where beneficiary teachers and students will develop and share skills necessary to identify manipulative narratives and combat disinformation sustainably.
Grant Amount: 21,492,787 AMD
Purpose: The purpose of the project is to contribute to having effective, transparent, and accountable reforms in the justice sector in Armenia. Helsinki Citizens Assembly-Vanadzor will carry out extensive monitoring of court hearings and proceedings in order to make a substantiated assessment of the work of judicial actors. The grantee will also continue the monitor of the processes related to ongoing police reforms and the establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Purpose: The project aims to contribute to fighting disinformation targeting key areas such as democratization reforms, human rights, peace and security, and civic participation. For this purpose, the initiative will carry out extensive monitoring of the information flow in Armenia, conduct fact-checking, and publish investigative materials, evaluating the validity of different information pieces with an unbiased and impartial approach.

Purpose: The project aims to support protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms, strengthen evidence-based advocacy around human rights protection, justice, and other reforms, as well as expand and sustain public engagement with the reforms.

Purpose: The project's primary objective is to contribute to sustainable and human rights-based peacebuilding efforts through researching the extent to which the current Armenian-Azerbaijani context is utilized during the 2024 presidential elections in Azerbaijan and Russia. The project will specifically investigate the narratives presented by candidates, public and political figures, and expert communities from both countries during the campaign, as observed on social networks or other online platforms. The results, available in English and Russian, will be presented to diverse audiences.

Purpose: The project aims to improve the human rights situation in the armed forces of Armenia through strengthening the public oversight over development and implementation of state policies and providing policy recommendations around the systemic problems.

Purpose: The grant aims to support the Media Center platform to promote critical discourse on urgent issues in Armenia through open panels, interviews, press-conferences, and other live public events. The project will illustrate the position of civil society on the urgent reforms, as well as provide deeper insight into the need for the protection of human rights, security, democratic values, social justice, and other major challenges the society is facing.
