Grant Amount: 5,798,250 AMD
Purpose: The project goal is to raise awareness and foster dialogue on the challenges faced by regional cities and rural settlements in Armenia and promote equitable development. To this end, the Aliq Media outlet will produce and release films in the "Cherevan" series to showcase the problems and positive aspects of the target cities. Also, the project envisages wide engagement of relevant stakeholders in discussions and actions related to the issues faced by these cities.

Purpose: The project aims to contribute to having issue-based public dialogue during the Yerevan municipal elections (to be held in September 2023). Specifically, the initiative will use innovative methods to engage the public and different stakeholders in reflecting on the key problems in Yerevan amidst the campaigning period. This is an attempt to make specific problems and their possible solutions the central topics of the election-related discourses.
Grant Amount: 7,744,200 AMD
Purpose: The aim of the project is to improve access of patients with life-limiting diseases to palliative care services and essential medication through monitoring visits to policlinics to document rights violations, promoting mobilization and leadership development among healthcare providers, providing legal and medical guidance to both health providers, patients, and their relatives, advocating with the Ministry of Health to introduce quality assurance mechanisms for adequate palliative care delivery in Armenia and formulating recommendations for the Ministry of Health to advance the services.
Grant Amount: 3,049,289 AMD
Purpose: The project aims to support war-affected, displaced women and provide them an opportunity to obtain/learn a new profession that will help them realize their new skills in the wider labor market. For this end, For Equal Rights, NGO will organize public campaign titled "Let's support war-affected women get a new profession" to fundraise means on Global Giving platform to implement capacity building initiatives for the above-mentioned target group. The project also aims to change public behavior and motivate citizens to get involved in the solution of urgent problems by participation and donating, as well as to improve public understanding and perception about civil society organizations’ mission and work.
Grant Amount: 358,511 AMD
Purpose: The project aims to improve access of children with Type 1 diabetes to preventive and treatment services through training 18 doctors from 9 regions of Armenia on pediatric endocrinology (Tavush, Gegharkunik, Kotayk, Lori, Aragatsotn, Armavir, Ararat, Vayots Dzor, Syunik), and raising awareness of public on the rights of children with Type 1 diabetes to access the available state support services.
Grant Amount: 3,872,100 AMD
Purpose: The project will support the Dovegh Football Club, NGO to invest in the social inclusion, healthy lifestyle and team building skills of around 80 children (boys and girls) in Tavush and Lori regions via engaging them in football trainings coached by professionals. The project also plans to enhance the knowledge of the beneficiary children around human rights issues and promote critical thinking.
Grant Amount: 2,515,370 AMD
Purpose: The project aims to encourage civic activism and promote the idea of equality and rule of law. For this end, the Union of Informed Citizens, NGO campaign will implement public campaign “Equal citizen", which will focus on encouraging citizens to raise awareness about violations of traffic rules by high-level officials, mobilization of supporters base, as well as on advocating for equality. To reach this goal, Union of Informed Citizens will use new and diverse communications channels to reach its target audience and build long-term relations with its support base. Active participants of the campaign will be invited to seminars, training and discussions organized by Union of Informed Citizens.

Purpose: The grant aims to support the Media Center platform to discuss critical issues in Armenia through open panels, interviews, press-conferences, and other live public events. The project will illustrate the position of civil society on the urgent reforms, as well as provide deeper insight into the need of protection of human rights, security, democratic values, social justice, and other major challenges the society is facing.
Grant Amount: 2,515,370 AMD
Purpose: The project aims to promote public participation, particularly participation of young people in the decision-making process of a distribution of state resources on community level. For this end, Transparency International Anticorruption Center (TIAC) will implement “Shelter in my community: We come together to solve our problems” public campaign in community of Vardenis, Gegharkunik marz, to increase the community’s awareness and participation in solving the most urgent community problems. In the case of Vardenis community, which is a front liner community and is significantly affected after 2020 war, the most urgent issues are ensuring the shelter functionality. TIAC plans to promote behavioral change in the community, encouraging locals to be proactive in the decision-making processes.

Purpose: The project aims to raise public awareness and understanding about the main issues and challenges in reform process of Ministry of Internal Affairs, particularly Police reforms, present solutions, proposed by civil society organizations, and form public demand for more transparent and accountable Ministry and Police. For this end, Public Journalism Club, together with Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor and Protection of Rights Without Borders, NGO will implement a public campaign to record the problems and shortcomings of the current reforms, raise awareness and request conducting of public parliamentary hearing with the participation of the Minister of Internal Affairs. The project aims to ensure wider public participation in the reform processes.
