    Grant Amount: 17,680,000 AMD

    Purpose: The goal of the project is to create a publicly accessible, localized, and non-stigmatizing research-based platform in Armenia that will contribute to raising public awareness on the topic of mental health, reducing stigma, and developing a culture of psychosocial well-being. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly - Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.

    Purpose: The main goal of the project is to contribute to the reduction of stigma and discrimination against people with mental health problems in Armenia by raising public awareness and promoting a people-centered, rights-based understanding of mental health. The program is implemented within the framework of the project “Rights, Services, Participation: Fostering a Comprehensive Mental Health Framework in Armenia” funded by the European Union. Democracy Development Foundation is implementing the project under the lead of Helsinki Citizens Assembly - Vanadzor and in cooperation with Disability-Rights Agenda, NGO, and the Armenian Mental Health Association.

    Grant Amount: 4,833,610 AMD

    Purpose: Within the project Armenian International Law Association, NGO (AILA) will organize the International Law Academy 2026 - a three-day intensive, practice-oriented training program bringing together 18 participants and expert practitioners to build applied skills in accessing international human rights mechanisms. The Academy will be complemented by structured training materials, case simulations, and practical exercises, which will be compiled and made available to participants for continued use.

    Purpose: The project aims to promote gender-responsive governance in Armenia by integrating women’s rights into key national reform processes through monitoring, policy advocacy, coalition engagement, and grassroots participation. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need, NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Purpose: The project aims to safeguard democratic governance and accountability in Armenia by sustaining independent anti-corruption oversight and strengthening evidence-based advocacy, public engagement, and institutional resilience. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need, NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Grant Amount: 23,931,600 AMD

    Purpose: The project aims to strengthen and institutionalize Restart Civic Youth Foundation’s research capacity, as well as to develop Foundation’s skills in policy analysis and the formulation of evidence-based recommendations on issues related to peace, regional connectivity, and the economy. The initiative will also promote critical thinking among young people on information manipulation through youth-led social media campaigns. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need, NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Purpose: The project aims to strengthen human rights protection and access to justice in Armenia by advancing targeted legislative reforms and contributing to justice sector policy development through evidence-based advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public communication. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need (PIN), NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Purpose: The project is aimed at strengthening the participation of the Yezidi community in decision-making processes and promoting inclusive dialogue and evidence-based policymaking on minority rights in Armenia. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need, NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Purpose: The project aims to strengthen the role and public impact of civil society in Armenia by expanding state funding opportunities and advancing participatory governance mechanisms. The initiative will promote the systematic involvement of CSOs in policy development and monitoring of public services. The program is implemented within the framework of the “Sustainable, Impactful and Inclusive Civil Society” (SIICS) program, implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need, NGO, and “Boon” Scientific-Cultural Foundation.

    Purpose: The project is aimed at strengthening the rule of law, access to justice, and compliance of Armenian legislation and practice with European and international human rights standards through legal research, policy analysis, legislative advocacy, and strategic litigation. Through expert legal opinions, baseline studies, strategic cases, institutional advocacy, and cooperation with national and international mechanisms, the project contributes to sustainable systemic reforms and stronger protection of fundamental rights in Armenia.
